Our Friends

I caught this rainbow this morning after a crazy rain storm. It is through my dirty window so it is not too clear. At the end of every rainbow is a pot of gold, and we want to introduce you to our pot of gold.....our friends! These pictures were taken at the last Well Project that we went to. These children were a little skeptical at first, they probably have never seen a white person.... then they just stared at us.......then we spoke to them...then they laughed, and then we giggled together....then they were instantly our friends. They followed us everywhere we went. They even ran beside our vehicle as we were leaving. We wanted to stay all day and talk to them. They learned a few English words. They loved saying Good bye, Good bye!

We hope you enjoy our friends as much as we did!

Ben gave the little boy that soda, he was sooooo happy!

It was another wonderful day in the back country of the Congo!

Africa is amazing. I love those adorable kids- if we can't have our own kids, we're adopting from Africa! :)
