I know this seems silly, but here in the Congo most of the food we purchase is not like at home, so when there is something familiar....you buy it!!! We love beans.....
and raisins, and chocolate chips (which we have consumed rather quickly), Raisin Bran, and Lipton Soup.....
My favorite way to eat Lipton Soup, with Ketchup....I know yukky, but my Mom made it that way and my taste buds like it, plus it reminds me of when I was a child. Mmmm mmmm good.
Sister Headlee left her Ipod and speakers with us. Thank you. We now have more than enough!

lipton with ketchup is gross. but i am glad you got to have some little treasures to keep you happy.
Agree with Echo. My stomach is going to churn just thinking about it. But I am glad for those little reminders of home too. :) Don't worry, you will be back before you know it (and then you'll want reminders of the Congo)! We love you guys.
