Water?

The other day I had the opportunity to help some children have a real bath with water running out of a faucet. They had never, ever seen clean running water. It was better than any Christmas or anything exciting that I can ever remember in my life. Sheer happiness flowed through their bodies as they scrubbed themselves and let the water flow all over them!
Simple pleasures we sure take for granted.

That's so neat. Was that at the orphanage? Do they ever try to strain or purify their water, or do they just take it as it is and try to survive? What a miracle clean water is, and one that we rarely stop to appreciate. I'll think about this as I shower today. . .

That is absolutely amazing! I think I will also think about this every time I turn on the faucet again.
